Based on the Decision on Communal Activities in the Municipality of Malinska – Dubašnica (SN PGŽ, br. 13/22), Utility Company Dubašnica Ltd. has been entrusted with the tasks of maintaining public cleanliness, maintaining unclassified roads and public buildings, winter services, and the arrangement and maintenance of public green areas in the Municipality of Malinska – Dubašnica.

Horticulture

Our company cares for over 10,000 square meters of intensively landscaped park areas. We meticulously monitor the health of over 800 trees and plant around 1,000 new trees, shrubs, and annuals every year. Our 11 playgrounds feature carefully selected plants, and we organize annual spring planting events with local preschoolers and elementary school students. These activities not only beautify our community but also foster a love of nature in our youngest residents. In addition to public spaces, we also maintain the grounds of Katarina Frankopan Preschool and Malinska-Dubašnica Elementary School. We are constantly striving to improve our green spaces and stay up-to-date with the latest horticultural trends.

Maintenance of Public and Green Areas

We maintain unclassified green areas owned by the municipality and other unclassified green areas of public interest. We also ensure the accessibility and tidiness of unclassified roads, lanes, and pedestrian paths.
