Utility Company Dubašnica Ltd. is responsible for providing parking services in the Municipality of Malinska-Dubašnica, as authorized by the Decision on Communal Activities (SN PGŽ No. 50/13). Our services include parking organization, fee collection, and controlling the collection of parking fees.

To drive on public roads and stop buses in designated areas within the Municipality of Malinska-Dubašnica, you must first obtain special permission by notifying us in advance at parking@malinska.hr.
Parking tickets for the Ježevo Parking Zone can be purchased:
* by sending a request to parking@malinska.hr (Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and paying by pro forma invoice, or
* upon arrival at the parking lot, from our on-site staff, by cash payment (bills, coins).
Parking fees apply on weekdays, weekends, and holidays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, from April 1st to October 31st.
When using paid parking spaces (parking spaces marked with blue lines), the user is obliged to pay the parking fee within 15 minutes and display the purchased parking ticket clearly visible on the inside of the vehicle’s windshield. The printout on the map must be visible to the parking controller.
A parking ticket purchased at the Utility Company Dubašnica Ltd. office does not need to be displayed in your vehicle.
A purchased parking ticket is valid only for the zone in which it was issued.
Parking meters accept:
- coins of 5, 10, 20, and 50 cents, and 1 and 2 euro coins
- 5 euro banknotes
Parking meters do not provide change!
If the parking meter does not issue a ticket, please call 051 859 961. Outside of business hours, please report the issue to parking@malinska.hr.
To pay for parking using your mobile phone, send an SMS message containing your vehicle registration number (without spaces or special characters) to the corresponding m-parking number:
- Zone 1: 700001
- Zone 2: 700002
You will receive a confirmation SMS with details of your parking payment.
If you do not receive a confirmation SMS, your payment was not successful and you will not be charged.
Utility Company Dubašnica Ltd. is not responsible for SMS confirmations. This is the responsibility of your mobile network operator.
By sending one SMS message to the m-parking number, you can pay for a maximum of 1 hour of parking. To extend your parking time, send additional SMS messages with a certain time interval between them to ensure successful transactions.
Example of a message for m-parking service:
Privileged parking permits are issued to users who do not have any outstanding debts towards Utility Company Dubašnica Ltd. and the Municipality of Malinska-Dubašnica. They are valid for parking in designated parking spaces in Zone 2.
Individuals with disabilities who possess a valid disability parking permit may park for free in designated disabled parking spaces. If these spaces are occupied, they may park for free in blue-marked parking spaces within Zones 1 and 2.
The disability parking permit must be clearly displayed on the vehicle’s dashboard.
Vehicles used by medical professionals for home visits or home care, as well as vehicles of public services (police, fire department, ambulance, state inspectorate, and customs) are exempt from parking fees.
A user has the right to file a written complaint regarding a daily parking ticket notice exclusively in the following ways:
- in person at the company headquarters at Stipkino 21, Malinska, using the complaint form located in the business premises,
- in writing to the address: Dubašnica d.o.o., Stipkino 21, HR -51511 Malinska
- by email to:dubasnica@malinska.hr
Incomplete or illegible complaints will not be considered.
All complaints will be answered in writing within the statutory deadline of 15 days.
